Beach of Life

Take a walk with us down the beach of life. As your feet make imprints in the sand and you continue to walk forward, as you look back you will see that those are just moments and experiences in time. It does not dictate who you are and it does not dictate how far you can go. They are just moments and with those moments are choices in time. They can always be changed, modified, but never set in stone if you choose to move forward. If you choose the intention that things will change.

As you walk further along, down this beach of life, there are seashells scattered about. These are opportunities that most walk past, but do not acknowledge that they are there, or even pick them up to examine them. Curiosity through your life can make it special and exciting. Veer off the beaten path, walk where you are not supposed to walk because this is where the joys of life are found. By making your life something that even you can’t recognize because you are so happy. In those moments, you are so happy in each step.

Further along this beach, you see more seashells. There are more and more as you walk along because you are acknowledging them. You are acknowledging and being observant in your life to what is around you and to what is possible. Your intention to live a life that is filled with curiosity, opportunity, and happy moments is the life you long for.

Now look back behind you at the steps that you have taken, imprinted in the sand and you will see that the sea of time has washed up and washed those prints away. It has washed those past choices away because they are not set in stone. They are not forever. This is a moment in time and it too will pass.

Tears of what could be, bring motivation to be a better you and to be happier in the next moment. Then, to be happier in the next moment after that and to let go of what could have been and grab ahold of what is yet to be. As you look back and see those moments in time, they are washed away. They are washed back into the sea of time because it keeps the cycle of life going.

This is your choice. This is your life. This is your moment.

Together, we walk further along the beach of life and look up. We see the most beautiful sunset. Once in a lifetime as this sunset will never be in this spot of the sky and we will never be in this moment ever again. This is so beautiful, and so engulfing. The golden colors; the lights that reflect off the water, the clouds off in a distance so beautifully placed, artfully done and you are the artist. You have let go of that which is weighing you down. All that you see is beauty in front of you, not behind you because you are only looking forward and you don’t care to look back. This beautiful sunset, as amazing as it is, there will be many more.

We encourage you at this point to swim out into the sea of time, as it is getting darker. As you swim out further, you question - where am I? In the darkness of the night, you realize you cannot see the shoreline. That is because at this point in your life, you have the knowledge of where you have walked and the steps you have taken to get to this point. And as you look back at the beach, you see the life where you have been walking up to this point. You may see the fear and frustration and you may see the direction for which you have been walking, but not where you continue to want to walk. You’re out in the middle of the sea of time and in this moment, you can either turn back to land: back to frustration, back to the steps you have been taking or you can continue on and swim onto your destiny. This is but a choice; a moment in time, and there are more opportunities that always will be. But, take this one and make it your own. Take this moment and make your life your own. In each moment after this, you will find that your life will always be everything that it ever could be, from now on.

Now take a moment, look around and look up. You will see the stars, as you have never seen them before. Their numbers are countless. The moon now shines as bright as it ever has. The stars sparkle off your eyes and the moonlight illuminates your way forward. This is to let you know that although you may have fear, although you may not know where you are going in life, you always have that light to shine and guide your way. As you see the light from the moon, know that the light also shines inside you. One guide, the ultimate guide…YOU.

There is never going to be a walk like this again. It is magnificent to see. It is unbelievably beautiful. The possibilities and the opportunities abound. This is the moment.
