I thoroughly enjoyed this 93 page little giant. I loved this one so much because it was so simple, easy to follow and just plain ol made sense. many times in my life I find myself in nonproductive out dated patterns that keep me stuck and I swear it was like God opened a window and I found myself motivated and smiling again. I must say the questions around the 24 hour buffet were perfect and stopped me dead in my tracks. For all those out there who want someone to hold their hand and step by gentle step take you from lump to hope this one's for you. The exercises are so gentle and the explanations so to the point that I just knew I had found a buddy and a guide along life's path. This blessed find has totally made it into my spiritual toolbox.
