This little 45 page wonder really kicks spiritual butt, and it was my absolute pleasure to review it. This Christian based small package of dynamite helped me to get motivated and get off my frightened, depressed posterior and fight, love and most of all pray. Sometimes all we need is the right words in the right places to give us that velvet boot and help us realize "OH YES I CAN". The layout was perfect, simple and to the point. I was shown a list oft problem areas and then I was able to see the references to the bible passages that could help me rise up and take charge with the power of God right there with me. I even had a place to write down my thoughts and make my own special prayer. The author's energy was so strong and powerful l just knew I was in good hands.
