Ask yourself the following Seven questions. Write them and your answers in a notebook or journal.
1. Do I hold onto guilt, fear or anger?
2. Do I choose to stay in Peace or do I choose confrontation?
3. Do I choose love, being loved or stay stuck in bitterness?
4. Do I dwell on the past or do I forget about it and move forward?
5. Do I choose to listen to my soul by keeping negative thought patterns out of my mind?
6. Do I choose to be a vessel of truth or do I not tell the truth because I’m afraid others will judge me?
7. Do I hang out with toxic people or positive people who want me to succeed?
Because of your programming since you were in your mother’s
womb, you have been bombarded with other’s toxic beliefs. The beliefs can be embedded with other’s negative beliefs, even your ancestor’s belief. These belief patterns can be absorbed by your subconscious or conscious mind. Negative belief patterns , thoughts, and actions are like clutter in a house or office. Is your house full of clutter? Your office, your car? Can the energy of love, peace, and prosperity flow into your life? Get rid of what you don’t need. Your brain will be focused on the clutter and find itself in a confused state. Is your mind preoccupied with the actions or non actions of others? This is a form of clutter too. Clean your mind; stop obsessing over a person who isn’t interested in a relationship with you, stop worrying about what other’s think of you. The biggest problem I’ve found is that people are obsessed with what others think of them. Who cares? Most people are thinking of themselves anyway.
The words you think and use are tantamount to how your life is being lived. If you consistently put yourself down, your brain will act upon those words and act accordingly, it will bring you what you ask for. If you’re constantly in competition with someone else, you’ll be eaten up by jealousy and it will affect your life in a negative way.
On the other hand, if you’re constantly telling your self positive thoughts and words, you will bring into your life, positive people, relationships, prosperity and love.
What patterns are holding you back? Do you have to be so perfect that you can’t start that business or ask someone out because you have a fear of failure? Think of any pattern that comes to light. Identify it and write it down. Ask yourself what’s holding you back and write down the first thing that comes to your mind. Now write it down until finished.
What are you going to do about it? Write down everything that is holding you back.
Fear? Being an introvert? Excuses? Are people ignoring your ideas? A certain person who rubs you the wrong way? Haters online? People who have more money than you? Your parents? Write it all down. And ask yourself, “Who can make the change?” The answer is you.
