How often have you heard someone say they have bad luck or no luck at all? People even complain that they don’t under stand why they keep dealing with “losers” or “toxic” people and they can’t understand why. When you change the way you speak to yourself and to others, you will make a transformation. It’s inevitable. Energy follows thought, if you think negative thoughts, you create negative situations. When you think positive thoughts, you create positive conditions. Instead of criticizing yourself or others, change your words to pleasant words. Build yourself and others up. Stop tearing people down, it only makes things worse for you. Practice going for one day without saying or thinking a negative or critical word, making negative assumptions, and dwelling on the past. When you do this for one day, do it for a week. Continue practicing this pattern of behavior for thirty days. Think happy thoughts. When you’re happy, your energy field rises. When you raise your energy field you are no longer susceptible to people and situations who are destructive to you. If you think something bad is going to happen to you, you will attract that type of energy into your life, likewise, when you think, speak and know good situations magnetize to you, they will. This isn’t a sit back and think happy thoughts all day type of guide, it’s a think positive thoughts, say positive words and work at being a good person guide. Everything takes work. If you’re willing to put in the work, be consistent in your actions, words and thoughts and you are in for a remarkable, beautiful change in your life. 1. If you have friends, relatives or co- workers who consistently complain or gossip, stay away from them. Starting now. 2. If you find yourself in a work environment that is negative, drains you and you hate going to work everyday. Look for a new job, now! 3. If you’re in an abusive relationship, with a boss, friend or mate. Get help, go to a licensed medical professional. Read about co-dependance, attend support groups that help you learn how to become independent on your own self. Make plans to get out of the abusive relationship and get out. 4. If self esteem is an issue, go to self defense classes, mindfulness courses, speak positive words about yourself everyday in the mirror. 5. Ultimately, your life and how it turns out is up to you. Its not about your background, its not about blaming someone else, its your responsibility to be happy and successful in whatever way you want regardless of what anyone else thinks. The instant you take responsibility for your life, your energy will shift. No matter what happens; you got ripped off, your partner left you, a business deal didn’t work out the way you wanted it to, you had bad parenting, whatever it is do this: Take the event, or person, see it as a still picture, infuse the picture with a freezing cold burst of wind, make the picture turn dimmer and dimmer, hear it crackle from the cold, feel it leaving your energy field. Watch ice crystals form on the now small black and white picture. Imagine you are holding a pair of tongs. Pick up the tongs in your mind and ask, “How did I create this?” Listen for an answer. Even of no answer comes, say, “I created this, I create this no more. I thank it for the lessons it taught me. I am saying good bye, I create this no more.” Now in your mind, throw the picture across the room. See it hit the wall and shatter into a million tiny pieces of ice. Watch as the pieces melt, feel a cool breeze blow the melted pieces far, far away, dissolving into the distance and out of your life. Feel the feelings of taking responsibility for your life from now on. Feel the feeling of strength pouring into your soul. Breathe love into your heart. Know that courage, strength, love and happiness are yours from this moment on. Your soul has evolved to a higher level. Your vibrations are shifting higher and higher.
