Taken from 3 ancient and extremely enlightened sources this 190 page labor of love brings us 380 nuggets of clarity, wisdom and joy in how to live life to the fullest. I enjoyed just opening the book and reading the first poetic offering I came too. I would smile and end up with a blessed ponder that would serve me well for the rest of the day and beyond. I am reminded everything I need to walk my journey is already within in me and this patient teacher brought it out beautifully.
