This 131 page charmer was so much fun to review because it broke down the essence process into something I could understand. I learned about what essences are, how to choose them for what I need and even how to make them. I was also able to read about other people’s experiences with them which gave me a lot of confidence that I could pick and use them for myself. There was a lovely section on chakras and also subtle bodies that made things even clearer for me. I would recommend this spiritual teacher to anyone drawn to essences as a healing tool or just cause they smell good. Thanks Linda, Nice work.
