I completely enjoyed reviewing this blessed 186 page teacher. I was able to learn in a deep and meaningful way how to connect to other world connections, and even about soul retrieval and how to do it in a effective and clean way. So many topics including frequencies, and the north, east, south and west. The author did an amazing job of holding my interest without scaring me or boring me. I would recommend these ancient shamanic ways to those that are most drawn to them. Thanks Erika, so much wisdom in such a small package.
