I really liked this blessed and unique spin on the new age. This precious 238 page wonder knits it all together. This author was a master of taking and explaining different facets of healing and spiritual practice and brought me to new understanding of how stuff works. I would recommend this gentle useful teacher to anyone wanting a better sense of energy. This one has easily made it to my spiritual toolbox. Thanks Lisa, it makes so much sense.
