What a thrill it was to review this 136 page amazing holistic healer. I loved the layout so simple, but jam packed with easy to follow instructions for all kind of ailments from sunburns to cramps and so much in between. I just loved the good to know section with it’s apt and fascinating information. The illustrations came in handy too. I would totally recommend this blessed bundle to anyone wanting a healthy quick reference for life’s little lessons. Thanks Christopher, how cool is this.
