This blessed 234 page wonder is a real find for empaths, sensitive and intuitive seekers who are wanting a way out from the pain and anxiety associated with being spiritually gifted. With awesome examples and exercises I could learn through surround, ground and shield to keep myself protected and connected to spirit. The different techniques were extremely helpful along with the empathy checklist. I would recommend this great find to anyone wanting to shine their God given light in the best of ways.
