 I think reflexology is nothing short of miraculous. I thoroughly enjoyed how this great tell it all was able to show me with excellent diagrams and explain the different systems that are represented on distinct sections of the feet. The section on how to apply pressure was awesome. I would recommend this simple easy blessed teacher to anyone wanting an idea of how it all works. Thanks Sonia, it makes total sense.
