![]() Swinging trees, crashing waves, Incessantly changing weather, Against extreme rise and falls, we want to be tethered. Being grounded to gravity, Life’s ups and downs, Build stress and anxiety, we don’t like being unfeathered. But storms, famines, dust or rains, And disease, infectious or lifestyle, Add Yo-Yos, economic and lifestage, Forcibly bend life, fickly unfettered. My emotions surge and ebb in sync, Bursting through my postural buffers, To flood my heart with tides and tears, Overwhelmed, sentimental, victimized, Despaired and disillusioned, I wastedly seek some savior supreme. But the only power of healing myself, is the subconscious power with me, To remove myself from my story, and let tears flow in a folky form, of music, poem, or image with charm. Sharing stories that amuse & nurse, stimulate, & rejuvenate another one, brings my heart to true content.
