Gods of Mind and Heart     Higher Divine, presence, universal intelligence, I am taught to believe. Am I seeing that light ? How do I praise and preach, A light I cannot see. So, I fall back on what I am told, believe in a light, someone might have seen, The Divine reduced to a concept, fantasy, theory, belief, opinion, prejudice.   My belief, your belief, collective faiths and beliefs, conformed just by others of same order and ilk,   casualty of sermons, kickbacks, power, influence.   Only when my imagination and beliefs get confirmed with beauty and experience, When my senses sustain the reality of my faith and hopes, When I find fulfilment in my labor and passion, The light lights up inside me, and my world turns divine.   Opinions and beliefs, besot and stupefy minds, into possessing, fixating, even constricting the divine, when just the opening of our hearts, in our everyday life, can illuminate our shrine within and without.     ConsciousSanjay   MysticLivingtoday.com May 2022
