![]() Life Long Learning
New experiences have the potential to catapult and help us discover who we are at levels previously unseen and unknown to ourselves.
When we have experiences outside of our “normal,” these different stimuli generate new responses that mandate that we find ways to adapt, grow, and ultimately evolve. These experiences do not have to be adverse. Instead, you can create them by stepping into your power by following your passions and gifts. As Janet Attwood teaches, “Your passions and gifts are the breadcrumbs that lead you on the journey of a life you love.” Becoming present in your presence strengthens your inner source and ability to direct your intention and attention. The hardest part of any transformation is dedication. Do the work to get the payoff. It takes time and energy to undo conditioning about what you think life should be. Are you ready? Now is your time to listen and hear your inner voice and tap into the depth of all you have to offer. We are all a work in progress, always. The more mindful you can be about supporting the ongoing development of yourself and internal conversations and thoughts, the more peace you will experience in your moments.
