WHERE THE MIND IS GOD
Turbulence and uncertainties,
Ignite instincts of my fear,
Fear of unknown, fears of past,
Fear of responsibility, of failure,
Fear of inadequacy, of judgment,
Fear of death.
My emotions begin swirling,
My insecurities go churning,
My mind goes wobbling.
To bring my mind to a rest,
A logic unassailable
is ceaselessly sought.
Logic and arguments
too keep changing
to sync to oscillating times.
So, then we seek Gods
To fill inexplicable gaps
forever in mind,
to bring meaning to
a rudderless existence.
But, where the Mind
has made God,
God too shakes,
as the mind is stirred.
Where then is your God ?
Your Mind or your Heart ?
Can you see His Light ?
Because I can see mine,
only when my Heart opens up.
