Fear, Faiith and Flow

Fear, Faith and Flow   Primordial fears, of survival and security abound to Protect my spirit and body The idea of ‘I’ arises with them, And so my mind too rises.   Mind perceives patterns, to anticipate the churns of time and events, incessantly planning to control (in)security, Doubts and logic are donned, masking the different forms of Fear.   As mind habitually doubts, and develops logic and trains It emerges educated, smart, sophisticated, successful- in securing the world over turbulent torments from this ever-changing unreliable world, it is constantly masterminding. ‘I’ becomes detached, distinct, from that world, ‘the Other’, And thus, I am also bereft, and deprived from belongingness and love -  that fulfill my Heart.   With heart and mind clashing, To supersede each other, As fears rise, Mind wins, Heart can only emerge, When fears recede, flamed and replaced by Faith. So, faith or fear, faith of fear, How do I live ?   When I see myself giving my best, of everything that’s in my control, I then find myself in full bloom, heart and mind, harmonized to engage with the unknown, and happy to surrender to the universal flow.   ConsciousSanjay June 2024 www.mysticlivingtoday.com
