Patrice Watley Williams   Success Turned the pages of life, she did. Capture, Strive, pulsate to become a legacy. Stories of few words, but the message so large. The soul of hunger as she thirst for her cup to over flow. Racing to gulp as much as she could stomach, to drown in success.   Material Loss, Love Gained Pushing, still falling short, having to pack and uproot from your place called home to go where he needed you to. Eyes still closed without a clue of why you, but the reason has been exposed and your mind still not clear but seeming to grasp what must be.   Defeat with Power Quite spirit of song birds, sounds of melody to calm the beast within, prior roars of thunder like quakes spillin over. No valleys left behind, just mud and clay with no resting place. The ruins of Katrina were crushed souls but over coming defeat with more power than ever.   My Truth When I speak, hear my voice, sense the power and spread the words I extend to you, believe in me for all I do is try to give truth, though truth you may not want but it must be in order to release the baggage you hold within you.   The Drug War Here today but taken over, blind sited by the drug of choice to mask the pain.
