You will need a pen, your journal, and a comfortable, quiet space.

Create a quiet and relaxed space.
Sit or lie comfortably.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
Relax your jaw.
Feel your breath, allowing it to flow naturally.
Let thoughts of yesterday float away.
Be present in this space.
Cultivate a clear landscape and ask the question:
What brings me joy?
Listen deeply for the answers that are profoundly true for you.
Stay in this space until you feel full.
Notice the themes.
And breathe.
 
Bringing yourself back to the room you are in, the space you are embodying, begin to write what you heard. Do not edit; just allow the words and thoughts to flow.
