What brings me joy?
Listen deeply for the answers that are profoundly true for you.
Stay in this space until you feel full.
Notice the themes.
And breathe.
Bringing yourself back to the room you are in, the space you are embodying, begin to write what you heard. Do not edit; just allow the words and thoughts to flow.
