An Event & Great Work
Over the last 50 years, I have seen a gradual shift in consciousness. More people are talking about spiritual matters; for example on FB for the past 10 years or so, people are increasingly posting sayings and offerings from some of the great religions, teachers and paths. Clearly, this spiritual inquiry has entered the main stream, and more people want to explore and bring forward their own inner potential.
Traditionally, when Sufis spoke about bringing an ‘event’ to a population or region of the world; for it to mature, they looked at a 300 to 400 year cycle. We are in a beginning phase and because of the effects of technology, this pace may be quickened or delayed, depending upon people and circumstance.
