The essence of effective creativity  lies in the act of creating itself. So I encourage you… embrace the process.   In my youth, writing was my sanctuary. After my mother passed, it was journaling that offered solace when everything else seemed to disappear.   I wrote my tears away — poetry flowing late into the night, each keystroke a heartbeat, a rhythm guiding me toward drumming, toward dancing, toward movement that set my soul free.   Through creating, moving, and writing, I found inner peace. These became the sacred spaces that shaped the woman I am today.   Today, I extend an invitation to you: reconnect with the things that ignite your joy and guide your self-discovery. Stay open to new expressions that reflect the beautiful being you are now.   Life will call for your attention — again and again. So I urge you: Live fully. Love deeply.
