![]() Barbara Berger Do you sometimes have difficulty finding out what’s right or best for you? Not least in these difficult times when we are constantly bombarded from all directions, both online and offline, with all kinds of so-called “good ideas” and opinions as to what we should or shouldn’t do to live happy lives. With so much information coming it, it can be truly maddening at times to chart a course that is in harmony with our souls… So here’s a simple check list that can help you return home to yourself and tune into your “Inner Compass” throughout your day: 1) You have an Inner Compass that is always telling you – via your feelings – what is best for you. The better something feels, the more joy and flow you are experiencing, the more in alignment you are with your Inner Compass. 2) Check your Inner Compass regularly. Stop often during the day and notice the impulses from your Inner Compass. Ask yourself: What feels good right now? Where do I feel the most good energy and flow? In what direction is there more peace and harmony? 3) If noticing how you really feel (honestly feel) about things is new to you, just start slowly and notice. You don’t need to act immediately on what you discover. 4) Remember even though other people mean well, they don't have access to your Inner Compass. When you notice that you are worrying about what other people are thinking about your choices – drop it like a hot potato! And return your attention to how you feel. 5) And remember…. the better you feel, the more ease and flow and good energy you experience, the greater your ability to support the other people in your life. 6) What feels good to you (in harmony with your Inner Compass) may not feel good to someone else. We are all different and are at different places in our lives and soul evolution.
