A Spiritual Process I Use When the World Feels Dark

With all the negative events, people and situations being revealed to us in this current moment, how do you stay committed to Light? You may be asking yourself this right now as I am asking myself this right now. Why are events being revealed at this time?  What is the reason? Is there an evil force to which people can devote themselves to in order to gain power, to rule over, and to cause harm to other people and animals??  Well, I take a step back and remember who I am. Let’s examine what we know so far based on my teachings as well as others that are firmly grounded in the Goodness: 1. There is only One Energy from which all things come. This includes animals, people, and things, but also ideas, thoughts, and emotions. If this is so, then all that we are seeing right now comes from the Light. You might ask “WHAT???”  The answer is yes, and what we need to remember is that there is only One Energy and this Energy can be slowed down so much that it becomes very dark and what our minds would label as “evil”. But it is being manifested by those who wish to do this, those that use this Energy in a very pinched off way. Why might someone do this?? The answer: because they forgot who they really are! We all have free will, we can use this Divine Energy to do good, or we can use this to do evil. It is our free will.  2. With that said, we all have to pay for how we use this Energy. If we use It to do evil, we are actually draining our own Life Force. We are scarring our own energy field. And there will be consequences for this action. For those who are doing this, there is still hope for you to change your ways, to use your free will to completely turn this around and even use your knowledge of this to counteract your past decisions in a very powerful way. So don’t despair if you are one of those who manipulated this energy for your own power, rather than in support of all the Divine Beings on the planet right now.  3. If these events, and people, are being revealed at this moment in time, then we must have enough Light on the planet to counter this. Source/God/The Light only reveals things when we are ready to handle them. From the Creator’s viewpoint, we only are shown things of a slow vibration when we are able to negate them with our own Light. So, this is a very good sign that we as a collective consciousness are being shown the way our governing powers, leaders, and complete operating systems have been set up and operating for a very long time.  I know it doesn’t seem like a good thing, it may seem to some like we are descending down a very dark hole, but this is what those who negatively manipulated the use of the Energy this way want you to feel. It is their last grasp of trying to maintain their power.  But we are in a completely new era. YOUR decision is crucial right now.  Are you going to sit idle, complacent or even join them (which is what they are manipulating you to do)? Or are you going to follow your true heart’s calling to find your way to the Light, to Goodness, to Source? How will you act?? Will you remember who you truly are and use your rightful power for goodness? The choice is yours. I hope you will join me and many others who are beacons for Goodness, Light, and Truth.  If your intention is to join me, you might be asking yourself, what can I do? How do I handle all this seemingly negative information that is flowing??  Well, here is a process that I have used for a very long time. It is a tried-and-true spiritual process that is founded on the above principles. It is firmly anchored in the Light and operates with unshakeable certainty of my connection to the Source, to the Light (if you don’t yet feel certain as I do, then borrow my certainty to assist you in this process): Step 1. Breathe: Close your eyes and take three long breaths. Follow your breath as though you were watching a clock. As you breathe in, you visualize and connect to your breath. As you breathe in, you visualize going up the left side of the clock from the 6:00 position to the 12:00 position. Then you breathe out going from the 12:00 position down the right side of the clock to the 6:00 position. Now repeat, but slow down the breath. And repeat once more slowing down the breath even more. What this does is it anchors you in the Present Moment, the doorway to the Divine. Step 2. Now once you are firmly in the present moment, see the space in front of your eyes, make the intention to see It. If you intend this, then it must be so (this is a spiritual Law)! Ask this Energy to reveal Itself to you. Once you perceive It, trust It and let this Energy fill you up with It’s Light and Goodness.  Step 3. Once you have sufficiently filled yourself with This Life Force of Love and Light, visualize that you are planting your two feet firmly and confidently on the ground. Feel your feet press into the ground and anchor into the Earth. Now for the most important part, position yourself to look toward whatever you perceive as negative and firmly anchored in the Power of the Light and Love, look at whatever is a slowed down vibration, and just look at it. Let your energy, your consciousness, your Love, and Your Light evaporate the negative energy on contact! You can see it dissolve. I usually see the energy just dissolve into little sparks and return to the All, return to the Universe to be cleansed.  This process works 100% of the time. Goodness and Light vibrate at a much higher frequency than does the slower/lower frequencies. Let’s join together to usher in this New World of Light, Love, and Goodness where all Beings are enveloped in this Divine Energy.
