The Battle for Your Consciousness

Dr. Nancy Willey   Do you believe in Two Forces Fighting, Light vs. Dark? This keeps us in fear and separation.  But true enlightenment remembers who and what we are! When we think of a war between Light and Darkness this is duality, rather All energy comes from the One. Let’s review what we know so far: There is only one energy from which all things arise. Therefore, when we see any foe, or someone or something that is opposed to us, it is only appearing that way.  Let’s take an example of someone who is in our life and clearly seems evil or devoid of a conscience. Some might say that he/she is possessed by an evil entity, but in actuality he/she has just forgotten who and what they are, and from which they have arisen. They have slowed down their vibration so much that it may look to the untrained eye like they are evil. But they are still made from the same Energy as you. Any spiritual teaching that is actually perpetuating the duality is actually keeping you from your true power. Fear, however subtle, keeps us out of our power. This is why it is SO much more powerful to have TRUST as your faithful companion to accompany you through life.  Feel how this idea lands in your energy field, and ask yourself how do you wish to navigate your future?  The appearance, and your attention on war and enemies, distracts you from your true power. This illusion causes all our suffering, and it keeps us stuck in survival mode, stuck in reviewing the past, and scanning the horizon for future threats of this nature.  Can you see how it keeps you distracted and away from being in the Present moment where all our Power lies?? Take a moment and reflect on where this applies in your life.  One helpful hint is to ask yourself:  •    Is your attention being drawn away from being present and from doing a daily meditation practice?  •    Are you spending more time listening to commentators and alternative news, doom scrolling, attempting to find community with those who think similarly to you?  •    Or are you sitting down to practice coming into the present moment and relying on your own intuitive faculties to navigate and discern what is going on?  This is what I ask myself daily.  We need to get out of the grip that duality has on our own programming and that it is “them” vs. “us” when in truth there is only the One. And we are part of It. Learn to Trust It. Learn to merge with It. When you do, life becomes a joy no matter what is seemingly confronting you! Duality is nothing more than the forgetting of our true nature.  What is our true nature? It is expansive, light-filled, and harmonious. It is warm beyond belief, and it is complete Love and we are all One with this Infinite Source Energy. Now at first when you start to see It, you usually start by having glimpses of this type of experience, but as you persist and intend to know It, the glimpses begin to get longer and longer until you have a full blown experience of Unity Consciousness where you experience yourself to be everywhere and nowhere at same time. You are usually bathed in a Light that is SO delicious that nothing that has ever happened to you compares.  Now I ask you, how would you rather navigate through life? Would you rather go from one drama or thing to be afraid of to another, or would you like to get off this hamster wheel and live in freedom??  The choice is yours - what will you do going forward? Live firmly saturated in the One Blissful Source? Or live in constant irritation? You are ready to embrace the truth that there is nothing to fight, there is nothing wrong or out of place. Mastery is all about radiating this Truth, this Light and anchoring yourself in It.
