Embodying your moments is the art of being with all you know to be true for you.    It is honoring every piece of you that has brought you here. Every moment. Every experience. Every breath that has shaped your becoming.   It is recognizing that your life has given you birth again and again…and in that, it continues to feed your worth.   When you embrace yourself, your vulnerable self, your powerful self, your imperfect self, you begin to realize that you don't have to be perfect to play, you just need to show up fully.    Honor this, and know that you have the power to choose your next step.   You do not need to see the entire path. You only need to take one step in the direction of what you love, of what inspires you, and allow yourself passions to guide you; they know the way.    You see, one aligned step brings you into the present moment. And in that moment, you embody who you are fully.     From that place, you do not search. You know. You move from intuition. From a quiet certainty. From a deeper awareness that gently guides you forward.   And even when you feel still, remember  you are still being led. Your seeds are planted and the sweet stillness allows germination.   Embodiment is the practice of being with all that you are and all that you know to be true in powerful and positive ways, with the caveat of do no intentional harm to yourself or others.    Your presence matters, your voice matters, its why we're here.
