Encourage. They are like small seedlings planted in the undergrowth. Give them nutrition and light and so they prosper and grow.
Those in the know, those with the experience must foster and nurture the new talents, those souls which might be younger or less experienced, but who are reaching for the light.
The old order of rigid hierarchy in religion is falling away and should be replaced by intuition and sympathy rather than by dogma and creed.
Love is unconditional. Creed and dogma rest with certain times of history and can become inapplicable to new and fresh thinking.
If a person dreams, raise them up.
